What is cutomer service? Most companies have some form of it, but do they really do what they say? How many times have you called 1-800-Whatever, and spent 30 minutes weaving your way through their phone system to finally get someone on the phone and then get transferred again to a different department because that person doesn't handle that issue. Frustrating…right?
