What is customer service?
Most companies have some form of it, but do they really do what they say? How many times have you called 1-800-Whatever, realized it's after business hours on the East Coast and had to make a memo to call back the next day. The next day, you spend 30 minutes weaving your way through their phone system to finally get to the right extension -- and wait on hold for someone who will then transfer you to a different department because that person doesn't handle that issue. Frustrating!
