We The People Women's T-Shirt
When our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, they carefully chose every word that was used. They wanted to be clear from the very beginning who the powers were being derived from. They didn't start it with "We the government", because the Constitution is not the government granting rights to the people. They started with "We the people", because the Constitution delegates certain and specific powers to the government from the people, not the other way around. If politicians remembered that one thing, it would completely change the way our government is run.
This shirt is a powerful yet simple reminder of what the Constitution really is.
