1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JFT Network, LLC, operating as Patriot Depot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of patriotdepot.com and any related media, channels, or applications (collectively, the "Site"). We are registered in Georgia, United States, with our principal place of business at 4000 Fambrough Dr, Suite 4, Powder Springs, GA 30127.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through informal negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), available at www.adr.org. Arbitration will take place in Georgia, United States. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial.
Restrictions: Arbitration is limited to disputes between the parties individually. No class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.
Exceptions: The following are not subject to arbitration: disputes involving intellectual property rights, allegations of theft or piracy, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use, or claims for injunctive relief.
Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
19. Corrections
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time without prior notice.
20. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patriot Depot and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any loss, damage, liability, or claim — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from: your use of the Site; breach of these Terms; violation of third-party rights; or harmful acts toward other users. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.
23. User Data
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Site for operational purposes. While we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for data you transmit or activities you undertake on the Site. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.
24. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
By visiting the Site, sending emails, or completing online forms, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
