Patriot Depot Returns & Shipping Policy
At Patriot Depot, we take pride in providing high-quality products and great service. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created this simple guide to help you understand how returns, exchanges, and shipping work.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
1. Getting Started with a Return or Exchange
- No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges after 30 days of receipt of order.
- Authorization Required: Before sending anything back, you must contact us at customercare@patriotdepot.com for a return authorization number.

What to Include in Your Email:
- Your order number – so we can quickly look up your purchase and avoid delays.
- The name used on the order – to match your order with our system and verify account security.
- Photos (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) – this helps us confirm the issue, speed up resolution, and cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth.
- Response Time: Please allow 48–72 business hours Monday - Friday for our small team to review and reply. Do not send multiple emails. Multiple emails (especially over the weekends), will clog up the emails for review on Monday and cause us to be delayed in our proper response time above.
- Important: Sending multiple or repetitive emails about the same issue will slow down response times. Please be patient and wait for our reply within the 48–72 hour window.
2. Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats & Other Print-on-Demand Gear)
Approximately 90% of our apparel is produced through a print-on-demand partner, which means it is made individually for each customer. Because of this, apparel cannot be returned once produced. However, we still want you to be satisfied with your purchase:
- Wrong Size / Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for these reasons, but we will work with you to exchange for another item.

Wrong or Defective Item: If your shirt arrives with a misprint, defect, or you receive the wrong design/size, email us photos within 7 days (include your order number and name). We’ll arrange for:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- An exchange for a different item of equal value
- Why This Policy? Unlike mass-produced items, each shirt is printed individually just for you. Our partner doesn’t take returns, so we’ve set up this exchange system to keep you covered.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality, and copyright reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Bibles (unless damaged or defective – photos required)
- Coffee, seasonings, hot sauces, and other food/beverage products
- CDs, DVDs, digital downloads, or any multimedia products
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Non-Apparel)
- Email customercare@patriotdepot.com for the following:
- Your order number
- The name used on the order
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
- We’ll gladly replace or exchange defective or incorrect products.
- Important: Sending multiple or repetitive emails about the same issue will slow down response times. Please be patient and wait for our reply within the 48–72 hour window (2-3 bussiness days).

6. Chargebacks
- Filing a chargeback before your order ships may lead to cancellation and refund due to processing fees.
- Standard processing time: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
⚠️ Special Note on Orders & Payment Information
Our system does not retain any customer payment information.
- We have no way to place an order or check out as our customers.
- If an order was placed by you or someone in your household, this is not the fault of Patriot Depot or its employees.
🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Print-on-Demand Apparel: Processing begins immediately and cannot be changed once submitted. Please double-check sizes, designs, and shipping info before checkout.
- Split Shipments: Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on stock levels and print-on-demand fulfillment.
2. Shipping Methods
- Flat-rate shipping is calculated by weight, destination, and items ordered.
- Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class, USPS Media Mail, DHL, or OnTrac.
- Orders ship Monday–Friday only (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
3. Special Orders & Limited Editions
- Payment is charged when the order is placed to reserve your spot.
- Unpaid orders are not confirmed and will not hold limited-edition inventory.
4. Carrier Delays & Responsibility
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are in the hands of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or OnTrac. Please note:

We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying new shipping costs before it can be resent.
- If the order is not returned to Patriot Depot, we cannot replace it.
- Orders Not Received: If your order was not received, Patriot Depot is not responsible for misshipments by the carrier. However, we value our customers and will work with you in locating your package and/or finding a fair resolution.
