At Patriot Depot, we’re committed to providing exceptional service and quality products. We understand that sometimes orders may not meet expectations. Here’s how we can assist with returns and shipping information:
Returns Policy

Return Authorization Required:
All returns must receive an authorization number before being sent back. Contact Customer Service at customercare@patriotdepot.com.
- When emailing Customer Service, your email must include your Order number and name used on the order.
- State clearly the issues and please allow 48-72 hours response time as we are a small team.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Bibles (unless damaged or defective) – Please send photos upon receipt.
- Coffee, Seasonings, Hot Sauces, and DVDs.
- All Multimedia (CDs/DVDs) and digital downloads are non-returnable due to copyright policies.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:
- Take a photo of any damaged or incorrect items and include your order number and name in your email to Customer Service. We will gladly exchange defective items for the same item.

Chargebacks:
- Filing a chargeback before shipment may result in order cancellation and refund due to processing fees. Lead time is 7-10 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Information

Order Processing:
- Orders with print on demand products begin processing immediately and cannot be altered once submitted. Ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
- Some orders are split shipped due to stock levels or print on demand products.

Shipping Method:
- Flat rate shipping based on weight, destination, and items ordered. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class, or USPS Media Mail, with additional delivery days as required.
- Business Days: Orders ship Monday–Friday; weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.
- Limited Edition and Special Orders: Payment is processed upon order submission to secure your place in line. Uncharged orders are not confirmed and will not reserve limited edition items.
- Additional Shipping Options: Contact us for extra shipping options, which may incur additional charges.
- International Orders: Some items may not be available for international shipment. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.
- Nationwide Carrier Delays: Delays may occur once packages leave our facility. We appreciate your patience.

Patriot Depot is not responsible:
- The delivery times by the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL once it leaves our facility.
- Orders that are lost, stolen or mis-delivered by the carriers.
- When a wrong address is submitted on your order and the order is returned to us. The customer, not Patriot Depot, is responsible for repeat shipping with corrected address information when the original order is received back. If the order is not received back by Patriot Depot, it is not our responsibility to replace your order.
